About Chelsea Carpenter-Hosea

Chelsea and her husband, Lance, bring their knowledge and experience to Century 21 Beutler and Associates in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Prior to joining the Century 21 team, Lance served as a United States Marine, a Recruiter, a Business School student, and a volunteer for many organizations. Chelsea has an entrepreneur and business background; she received her business degree in Organizational Leadership and Management, and owns several online businesses. 

 

Chelsea is also very passionate about helping people and loves being involved in the community. Throughout their diverse education and experiences, Lance and Chelsea learned how to be patient, detail-oriented, and proactive. As your agents, Lance and Chelsea will be advocates for you. Whether you are buying, selling, or renting, they will work tirelessly to promote your best interests. If you are selling, they will work with you to get you the fairest price, in the least amount of time, by using state-of-the-art technology, team collaboration, and Century 21's superior marketing materials. When not assisting clients, Lance and Chelsea enjoy spending time together with their family, entertaining their friends, traveling, and enjoying the outdoors.
